Belling ComfortCook – Instagram Competition May 2023
From Tuesday 2nd May 2023 until Tuesday 9th May 2023, Belling is offering one lucky consumer the chance to win a brand-new Belling ComfortCook oven.
To enter the competition, the participant must follow 3 x separate Instagram accounts (@BellingUK, @FiveDinners @TheoCooks), tagging a friend/family member in the comments of the competition post on the @FiveDinners feed.
1. Participants
• This competition is only open to residents in the United Kingdom (“UK”), Ireland and the Channel Islands. Employees of Belling, its parent company GDHA (Glen Dimplex Home Appliances), its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this competition are not eligible to enter.
2. How To Participate
• To enter the competition via Instagram, the participant must the participant follow 3 x separate Instagram accounts (@BellingUK, @FiveDinners @TheoCooks), tagging an additional 1 x Instagram user in the comments on the @FiveDinners post.
• Any user who has actioned this between 10am on Tuesday 2nd May 2023 and 23:59 on Tuesday 9th May 2023 will be entered into a draw to win a built-in Belling ComfortCook oven of their choice. The winner can choose either the BI603MFC, BI603MF, BI603MFPY, BI903MFC or BI703MFC model. GDHA will work with the winner to select a colour of the specified model from all available stock.
• The competition is open between the above days/times. Any entries following this will be deemed invalid and not eligible to enter the competition.
• ONE winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 10th May. Only one entry will be counted per person.
• The winner will be notified by a direct message on Instagram. The winner must then respond to the notification direct message with their full name, address details and preferred Colour Boutique colour by Wednesday 17th December, or the prize will be reallocated.
• The prize includes the purchase, delivery and fitting of ONE Belling built-in ComfortCook oven. There is no cash or prize alternative.
• The prize will be arranged no later than 28 days after acceptance as outlined in 2.4. Please allow up to twelve (12) weeks for delivery.
3. The Promotor
• The promotor is Belling UK, Stoney Lane, Prescot, L35 2XW. The promotors reserve the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
4. Data
• Where applicable, any data captured during the course of the competition will be collated, accessed, processed and stored wholly in accordance with applicable local data protection laws and regulations. 5. Disclaimer
• No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or for those entries not received by the competition closing date.
• Belling is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the participant relating to the competition.
• The prize includes purchase, delivery and fitting of ONE Belling ComfortCook cooker.
• Belling shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure (meaning: beyond Belling’s reasonable control) and/or events which, without the fault of either party, render performances impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
• If the consumer’s preferred colour is not available, an alternative range cooker of equal value will be provided.
• Belling reserves the right to withdraw this competition at any time and/or to unilaterally change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.
• Belling shall not be liable for unfulfilled delivery, due to circumstances out of its control.
• Please allow up to twelve (12) weeks for delivery.
6. Jurisdiction
• These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
